Stake Activity Plans
We provide a comprehensive plan to help stakes, districts, or missions organize an excursion that includes its members in this extensive service project.
You'll find resources to help identify members in need, work with their local leaders to schedule their travel, understand needs for food, lodging, and travel, coordinate homes to change and prepare for the temple, and secure any clothing that may be needed.
Temple Garments
Working in concert with Distribution Services, we ensure all adults return home with a sufficient quantity of garments.
Clothing
Working in concert with the temple and local members, we ensure all participants have the clothing they need at the temple.
Trip Planning
We work closely with stake and mission leaders to identify, qualify, schedule, and pay local providers of transportation, lodging, and food.
Meals
We coordinate food on travel days and while in the temple area with local providers and members paying attention to special dietary needs.
Transportation
We organize bus or air travel to get members from their local areas to the temple and home again. The travel itinerary is focused exclusively on temple attendance and leaves no time for personal excursions.
